INTRODUCTION TO OUR COMPANY
A factoring company is a type of financial services company that specializes in providing working capital to small and medium-sized businesses by purchasing their accounts receivable (invoices) at a discount. The factoring company then assumes responsibility for collecting the debt from the business's customers, thereby freeing up cash flow for the business. In addition to receivables factoring, DM Capital Group LLC may, from time to time, at its discretion, offer to its client’s other short-term financial services.
The market for factoring services has been growing steadily in recent years, as more and more businesses seek alternative financing options to traditional bank loans. Factoring companies typically work with a range of industries, including manufacturing, transportation, staffing, and healthcare.
The management team of DM Capital Group LLC is composed of experienced financial and operational professionals with backgrounds in credit analysis, underwriting, fraud, and collections. The management team has a deep understanding of the industries and businesses they serve, as well as the regulatory landscape governing their operations. The success of our factoring company is dependent on the ability of its management team to continually develop and implement effective credit policies, maintain strong relationships with clients and customers, and adapt to changing market conditions.

Minimum Offering: $500,000
Minimum Investment: $50,000 (10 Promissory Notes)
The Company is offering ten (10) Notes ($50,000) per Investor and a maximum of three thousand (3000) Notes ($15,000,000). Notes are payable in cash at the time of the Subscription. The minimum initial purchase is ten (10) Notes. The Notes will have an annual rate of return of 8-12 percent simple interest over the term thereof, with a maturity date of three or more months from the Commencement Date of each Note. Interest will be paid monthly. All principal will be paid at maturity. Principal may be prepaid at the sole discretion of the Company, without a prepayment penalty.

Russell serves as a Principle and the Investment Expert of DM Capital Group LLC. He has enjoyed a career in the transportation, logistics, and finance industry spanning 10+ years. He has developed a broad array of expertise in the origination and management of receivables factoring. Russell’s ultimate responsibility is the overall management of deal flow and analysis of investment opportunities for the Fund’s portfolio. Russell has been married to his wife for 14 years. He lives in Idaho and has 3 girls. He loves spending time desert racing and spending time with his family.

He loves spending time traveling, going to kids sporting events and activities, and spending time outdoors.
